Paid my bill...Where is my funds?

I paid my bill 3 days ago in full. Why does the system state I have 0 spending limit out of my approved credit amount? Since the payment I have no pending transaction

All payments may take up to 3-5 business days from the date they’re processed to show on your account.  Allow up to 8 days for your payment to reflect on your available credit.
