I have paid for an item using PayPal, seller did not ship it to me, she has shipped it to another person, I have asked her for a refund, she did not do it so I have started a case and escalated it. Seller added some fake tracking number AND PAYPAL HAS CLOSED THE CASE! SIMPLY LIKE THAT! No matter that tracking number clearly showed item being delivered totally elsewhere. WHERE IS PAYPALS HELP? IT IS TOTALLY NOT SAFE, I HAVE TRIED CALLING TO EVERY SINGLE PAYPAL'S NUMBER - NOTHING - ROBOT ANSWERS! this is a pure disgrace. Any ideas what to do now? I have already contacted my police office, but I want everyone to be advised that PAYPAL is a fraud supporter!!!!!!!!!!!!
