PP Withholding Bank Transfer

It's the 4th business day and my bank still says the money I transferred from PP to my bank is not in the account.  I called my bank and PP. My bank blames PP, PP blames my bank.  PP also blames the "Clearing House."  I do not understand why I have to wait longer than 4 days to receive my money. Not only that, they do not have someone to monitor the situation, instead, they tell me to keep checking my bank account and call back if the  money is still missing. Hello!!! What kind of customer service is this? It's like me telling my clients that I sell my products to, oh, you will get your stuff, just keep calling ...Hello!  I am over PP. I want my money and if your so called "clearing house" can't get it together then PP needs to revamp their business.
