If the payment is completed and hold there are many different reasons. It could be that you are a new seller with 21 day hold. It could be that you are a new seller and tracking doesn't show product delivered. Click on Legal at the Bottom of the page and then get the User Agreement. Scroll down to the section on holds and determine which one applies to your situation.
