I type the correct amount, no more, no less to pay Paypal after a mistake I made using money that wasn't there. First off, why was I allowed to unknowingly put myself into debt without any warning?!
AND SECOND, WHY on Earth when I type the correct amount to pay Paypal off they STILL DECLINE MY PAYMENT, saying that I can't type more or less than I owe. I have tried multiple times and your computer service is incompetent.
Maybe I'm just new to this but when my information is correct and this website loops the continue button and does nothing I'm sure it's not making many people happy. I am to get tracking numbers for my item that is to be shipped here shortly and I can't even pay my debt to recieve the money for the item I sold. One of many problems I have with this aweful webpage.
