PAY AFTER DELIVERY

IT SEEMS PAYPAL ONLY ALLOWS 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY AND THEN THEY PAY. I ORDER FROM CHINA AND IT TAKES UP TO 2 MONTHS. IS THERE A WAY TO CHANGE THE TIME THEY WAIT BEFORE TAKING THE PAYMENT.

What difference does it make??

With PAD as with normal payments paypal always CREDIT the seller in advance.

No seller would send an item without being paid first.

All PAD does is give you a bit longer before paypal takes the money from your bank account to pay themselves back again.

Sellers do not even know you are using PAD as it does not affect them one bit, its just between you and paypal.

It gives you no more buyer protection, in fact funding your paypal payment via a card does that.

PAD is actually pay after placing an order,it starts the day you placed theorder,not the day it has been delivered.

I am surprised it let you use it to buy from oversea buyer?

Well I am in australia and I buy off a uk company and I am always using PAD with my orders😊😊
