Thanks for reaching out to us here in the PayPal Community for assistance! You may have already sorted this out by now, but basically you'd want to reach out to the merchant to verify what's happening with your order. To clarify, PayPal does have an order process many merchants use. When you place the order, it goes into a pending status until the merchant actually completes the order - and usually that's done by them shipping it. So there shouldn't be anything you need to worry about just because it's pending!
