I have an order pending... want to cancel due to insufficient funds in my account, but I don't see how to do this.  HELP!

Only the seller can cancel an order.  Contact the seller and explain why you want to cancel. The seller is not obligated to honor your cancellation requests, especially if the product has already shipped.
