Order did not go threw on original site but is showing as pending on my Paypal

i placed an order with a company they are saying I do not have an order but my paypal account has it as Pending what should I do

Hi craw5family,

Most merchants have a PayPal account, and their own internal system to track orders. It sounds like they may not have captured your order in their system, but a PayPal order was still initiated. This will either be canceled by them, or it will expire after 30 days. I would advise reaching out to them regarding this order to see if they can cancel it on the PayPal account.
