Open dispute...10 days and nothing yet..

so i open a dispute for a ebay payment and paypal hasn't responded yet..its been 11 days...the other person ebay account was compromised and they closed his account but the payment on paypal says pending...how long would it take for the case to close?

When did you escalate the dispute to a claim?

the day after i got a email saying his account got compromised, it was more like an hour or 2 after i got the email so January 12.

actually i open a dispute haven't escalated but i don't see the escalate button on the dispute section.

So the 10 days of escalation has just completed so you should soon get a resolution of some sort.
