I'm having troubles with the Paypal hold system, when I sold an item, and marked it as shipped, it is holding it for 13 days instead of the 7 it said it would be. As well as the fact that when I sold another item, it is holding the purchase until 1969. I do not use a tracker, and I do not want to send the item until I have the money in my account. Any help?
