Not receiving payments that buyers tell me they've sent!

This is the third time now that a client is telling me that she's sent payment but I have not received anything.

I'm sick of asking them to try again - I really think there's a problem.

 

I should note, this never happened with my Canadian PayPal account.  But I'm in Israel now and this one is connected to my Israeli bank account.  Is it a problem with the Israeli site?

 

Any help appreciated.  Thanks!!

are you sure she has your Paypal email address right?

try sending her a paypal money request !
