I have a positive pay pal balance, but when I try to make a purchase I receive an error message stating PayPal can not process the payment. I know I have sufficient funds. Have been on hold with customer service for over 30 min! So frustrating... anyone know what could be causing the error or how to fix it? My account and card have been confirmed so I know that isn't the issue.
