Not able to withdraw funds from Paypal to my linked verified pre-paid Visa Card

Hi, dear Community,

Currently I am having troubles withdrawing my funds. I have verified Visa, same card I had linked my account from the very begining. I was able to get verification amount from the system to confirm the card, but there is no any option to withdraw money as the system asks to add US bank account. As I am not US resident how can I get my funds than? I have contacted with my Bank, no idea, they ask to refer to Paypal.

Residents of Kuwait can only withdraw funds to a US Bank Account.   See this info here, search on your country.   Not all countries have the same PayPal features and functions as each country has their own financial regulations.

Many thanks for the guidance. Do I have any chance to get US bank account as non-US resident? Othrwise I could not use my paypal.

All you can do is try - as that's your only option - it must be possible.
