Does anybody else get bummed when they except an offer lower than the original set price only to find out that it is a NON US Buyer and then PAYPAL takes out a higher %? Is there anywhere to say that I do not except NON US Buyers on my EBAY set up? I have 2 places where I say I will not ship Internationally on my EBAY set up but I do not know if there is anywhere to block NON US Buyers.
Just curious............

My ebay > account > site preferences > selling preferences > postage and packing preferences > show > exclude postage locations from your listings > edit > select the regions / countries you don't post to.
