Lately, when I click "send or request" I do not get the screen to choose "goods and services" or "pay friends and family" I've called Paypal twice about this and they cannot figure it out. One customer services rep said it was my laptop and to call Apple. It is not that because I tried another laptop and it does the same thing. My account is personal and I'm in the US. I've had Paypal since 2002 and never had this problem before
