New seller, but long story short.
I was going to use the funds i recieved to pay for shipping cost.
With funds on hold i had to issue a refund. On ebay i had a gold star rating 100% feed back
that took many years to build up. Never again will i use Paypal. besides them taking a slice of the pie.
Wonder how much interest they make by holding funds anyway?

None. It's an escrow account.
When in business it's important to have funds available for routine costs such as shipping.
Operating your business with buyer funds is high risk.
