When I create a PP button I am given code to add to a website but not an email link. How do I get the email link. I've looked up instructions all over the web and either PP is different or mine is not working working right. I do not get an email tab, just a web tab when I create a button. I cannot email about this or reach a human and I'm very frustrated at this point. Something so simple. UGH.
Assuming you have a US Business Account, when you generate the item button code if you have included any options like drop downs or text input boxes, the email link option is not available. This is because you cannot include drop down selections or text boxes in a Text or Hyperlink.
