I placed an order with a sports gear website, and they said my payment method was declined even though I had a PayPal balance of a lot higher than the purchase was for, but that's besides the point. They are holding my money for an authorization fee, and the transaction is pending, but the site claims that my payment method is declined, so how should I continue about this?
