The thing is I tried to buy something off eBay and I counts because it gave me the error that my account was limited but I know that if my account was limited then I would have gotten a notification when signing in to PayPal so I called them up and they said nothing was wrong with my account and told me the usual reset your password and clear cache and cookies so I did all of this and nothing changed. I need help asap cus I have to pay bills as I have a big amount of money in my account
One other thought - although your account may not be "limited" - is it "verified" ?? Meaning you have linked and confirmes both a bank account and credit card. If "no" then there are limits on the amounts you can send, receive and withdraw.
