I requested some money from my father from his paypal to mine to purchase something for him only to find it being held for 21 days. This purchase is incredibly time-sensitive and needs to be done within 48 hours, so it's pretty obvious why this won't work for us. It's being held because it's acting as if I've sold him something and billed him for it. If I refund the money will it still be on hold for 21 days, or any amount of time?
