I payed for an airbnb using PayPal and the money went out of my account and then it got refunded and on my PayPal page it clearly states that the money has been refunded but the money has not been refunded to either my debit bank account or my PayPal balance, what's going on 😕
I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue unfortunately PayPal is run by crooks and liars, what they are doing is holding your refund along with countless other seller funds to collect interest on said funds. The best thing to do is after you collect your funds close the account and find an alternative. Best of luck to you
