Did you get help? I have the same problem during the same time frame as you! I had two deposits of $89.24 an $116.00 on 2/1 and 2/3. I used Lyft and it debited credits from my balance in the amount of $33.94 then on 2/27 I made a purchase and it says it used the remaining balance of $89.37 and my account went to zero. Last time I checked 217.24 - 115.07 didn't equal zero. I have now called 2 times and sat on hold both times for nearly an hour without getting a person and I have sent 5 emails and tried the chat. I am not filing a BBB claim so that they will handle it.
