I attempted to place an order through PayPal, but there was some sort of site error and the order did not go through (didn't show up on the site,I didn't get usual email confirmation). But PayPal has pending authorization on the funds anyway. I attempted the order a second time directly with my card, order was successful, shipped and on it's way. How do I get PayPal to release the funds of the failed order ASAP?
Actually no, that's not the issue. PayPal is holding funds from a failed order, so it's never getting claimed. The bank says I need correspondence from them to release the funds asap.
