I've been trying to accept the money my friend sent me from Canada but Paypal keeps popping up with the message saying that the payment could not be completed. This is getting annoying since we've ben trying for weeks now. Any suggestions?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
