I saw that a payment had been made to our account this last Saturday January 7. I saw that the funds had been clearly tranferred to us and then when I logged in 3 days later to verify a new bank account that we had addded the funds were gone. There isnt even a record of the transaction in our history. Any thoughts on why this might be?
