I recently sent my brother $350.00 via the PayPal app. He received it, but when he went to check his balance on the PayPal mobile website, it was portrayed as $0.00. I ran through my history to make sure I transferred it to him, and everything is correct. My brother has also not made any payments via PayPal thus far. Help? (I've attached the pictures he sent to me, if that helps anyone.)
