Messed up a email address sending money

I messed up a friends email address 2x while sending money is this fixable can i get my money back to send to the person it was intended . also how long does it take for a conformation email to be sent to let someone know money was sent ty

Is the transaction marked as completed?

Did you use the 'friends / family' option?

If yes to both then all you can do is email that recipient and ask if they will refund you, if they refuse then you have sent them a 'gift' of money.
