I have had many issues to be worked out since I got with PayPal a few months back and some of them were never resolved simply because all of the responses to my cries for help were sent to a mystical place called the Message Center. I honestly don't believe this thing even exists and it has been the most burdensome part of my experience with PayPal. I never get help when I need it. Can someone please tell me how to access the Message Center or get PayPal to acknowledge that it no longer exists or functions?
