Merchant has not received payment

I sent money to a merchant. Part of it via PayPal on eBay and the rest through PayPal directly. It has been two weeks since the money was sent, but he says he hasn't received it. Both my bank account and PayPal statement show I sent the money to the correct address. Can anyone offer advice?

Log in to your PayPal account and check the payment status... is it completed, unclaimed, pending, or... ?
