Hi my name is Shelly and I just started with PayPal and I'm desperately trying to figure out how I can send them a message or get a hold of them the payment plan on my website supposed to be connected to them and it's not working and I can't start until I get that fixed yeah thank you and I just can't figure out how to get ahold of anybody can anybody please help me thank you
