MAGIX Charged Me for Sound Forge But Never Delivered The Product. I want a full refund. Now what?

After calls to the "Help" line disconnected me 3 times, I'm increasing annoyed at how to actually get the product I paid for.

I paid for the Sound Forge product.  Never got the Download Link or Serial Numbers.

If I had just done this with a credit card, I would have cancelled it and been done with it, but since I used PayPal, now I have to go through a hassle to get my money back.

Go to the PayPal transaction and open a dispute for item not received.  It's just a simple process and the seller will not be able to provide a delivered tracking number.
