Hi! I am stuck in Oslo and lost my phone and bag on the Paris metro, so I am trying to send money to a friend who is buying our return trip tickets. My daughter's phone is all we have so we can't confirm the payments. It's been a mess because I can't take out cash or anything or even use electronic stuff that we so relied on.
It doesnt seem to let me change it to her cell phone number.
