Linking and confirmation of Paypal account

 I have been trying to sign uo for a paypal account and reeached a point where i link my debit/credit account with the Paypal account, however i am unable to proceed further as i have not received  the two small deposits to my account that i should use to confirm that. Please assist.

The deposits should appear on your bank's statement almost instantly for debit/credit cards. Call your bank and see if they see it. Should be there pending and you should be able to see it unless mistakes were made.
