Paypal says I can't use this account anymore. This account was limited for atleast a month and I tried doing everything they wanted me to do so it wont be limited but it didn't change anything. I have my bank card linked here and now i can't use it on my new paypal account. I still have money in this account as well. Please help.
If your account was limited then its against paypal rules to open another one and that is why they don't let you remove your card or bank details from the old account, to try and prevent you from doing so.
But you have now let them know so expect it to be closed soon.
