Is there any limitation to the number of chargebacks you can do? As an example, say if you make multiple chargebacks in one day, will it make it less likely for you to win future chargebacks, or does it have no effect?

Chargebacks do matter. Too many chargebacks will get your PayPal account closed without warning.
So, use good judgment when makeing purchases so you don't have to do chargebacks or disputes.

Is this is a dispute with PayPal or a chargeback with credit card?
How were you falsely charged? Do you mean you never made the purchase? If not, then who did?
Other aspects to consider is the riskiness of your purchases.
