Can pls anyone help me regarding limitation access account?
I bought something from a seller on ebay and the item never come.I asked the seller to refund me the money and at the beginning he told me
that he couldnt send me the money and the next day he wanted me to confirm to him my email address on paypal so as to send me the money.
The minute he deposit the money to my paypal account, paypal send me a message inform me that my account is limited and in order to gain full access i had to provide business information.My account is personal i am not a seller.I tried to find solution through resolution center but i cant.I wrote to the seller and told him to withdraw his money and he said he cant.With his payment he looks as if he is the buyer and i am the seller.i made a complaint at the paypal and they told me that they will write me back within 4 weeks. Can anyone help me and tell me what to do?
