Please help. I got married in September. Since then, I've contacted Paypal 5 or 6 times to change my name. I've provided all documentation each time (driver's license, marriage license, social security card), and they won't change it. I've tried everything. I'm at the point where I plan on not using my Paypal account anymore just out of pure frustration. All of my financial info has my new last name. Everything is updated with my new last name, except for Paypal. Does anyone have any tip they can offer? I've done the name change process multiple times. It does not work.
