Is it just me or is the Customer Service with Paypal utterly useless. I have sent 3 messages trying to get a response and all I get is some stupid automated response that does not even come close to answering my question. I made a big payment and want it distributed among 6mos no interest items. But again I guess this is way for them to get their finance interest from you.

You can't modify PPC payments which you have already submitted.
PayPal has a procedure it uses for application of payments.
Click on Legal at the bottom of the page and then scroll down to the PayPal Credit section. Then go down to about section 10 or 11 where PayPal Credit describes the application of payments.
Compare that your your full PayPal Credit state so you understand how it works.
If there is any hope of modifications it would only be by a phone call to PayPal support--and that will take of lot of persistence and patience.
