LOST REFUND

Ok so last month I purchased concert tickets from a website with my debit card (card and bank account are not linked to paypal) the concert was canceled and I was given a refund I have the websites refund confirmation email also email from paypal saying that I got the refund but when I go to my account the refund is not in the activity log or in balance

In my case they refused to acknowledge that the is issue is on their end.  It's HomeDepot hasn't issued it, yet it shows on your websites twice.  Once where the original payment states refunded as well as the line that says refund processed.  Yet, he states Depot hasn't sent it.  Then he said my bank never released the funds, wrong again. I call and spent hours on hold, waiting for a specialist, only to get a oh not that kind of specialist...  I will never use this Service Again.
