Hello!
I have been selling online services through ebay and taking payment via paypal. It seems that several of the people who have been purchasing are taking my work product but then paypal recognizes that the transaction is fraudulent and refunds the money. I don't know if they are stolen credit cards or stolen identities or what.
I have someone who has just made a purchase and paid via paypal. The name and address on the ebay account don't match the name and address on the paypal account and they have only had an ebay account for one month. I am SURE that this is another one of these scams. I have notified paypal and ebay with no response. I hate to do the work again and then lose the cash but I am a bit stuck...
Any community thoughts?
