I just want to ask some things about the balance and the visa card I made linked on my Paypal account. All is done, card is confirmed and linked to my paypal. I want to buy an item on Lazada, example the cost of the item is 300 pesos. What I have on my paypal balance is 100 pesos, does that mean I'll just add 200 pesos on my visa card? And the Lazada mode of payment will push through?
