So i bought an iphone 7 plus from this person, she sent me an invoice for the payment. Note that this isn't through ebay or anything like that, i saw an ad and contacted her. She said she already printed the shippin label and dropped it off at the usps store, also note that she is in the same state as me. Questions i have: How long does it take for the item to get to my location? It should be 1-2 days if it's the same state, no? Item is still stuck in pre-shipment, is the item still in that person's possession? Or did usps miss the scan? Am i protected by paypal if the item did not come to me? Any suggestions or help, it will be much appreciated
