My brother(under 18) recently made a account on paypal so he could cash out of games such as HQ,Cash show, QuizBiz, etc... after he cashed out he couldn’t spend the money due to his age. And he doesn’t want to lose his money. So would there be any way to transfer his balance to another paypal account?
