International money transfer

Made an International money transfer to my mom for the first time. PayPal requested to check my identity, for security reasons. But as soon as I put in the requested code - everything went back to the origional page for 'sending money". There was no record, no email recieved, doesn't show anywhere. Did it twice, second time in another browser - the same thing. How do I know now that the money is transfered? Should I just wait, or do something?

Hmm, you'll need to call PayPal. The site does things that have no rhyme or reason. And we have no access to accounts to troubleshoot.
