Internal Server Error - Can not transfer money from Paypal to my bank account

I had transferred money from my bank account to my Paypal account.  I now need to transfer it back to my bank account, but when I try to I get this:

Internal Server Error.

I tried several times and I really need that money to go back to my bank account A.S.A.P.

It's funny that I did not have any errors whatsoever when transferring from my bank to Paypal, but nothing but errors when trying to get the money back to my bank account.

Can someone please help me with this?  Thank you!

You would need to follow-up with customer support.

As this is a member to member help group, we can suggest some things to try however, no one here can view or access user accounts.

One option would be to try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history.  Then close the browser, reopen it and retry.

Another option is to try using a different web browser or if possible, another computer.

Im having the same exact issue. Spoke to  pypal specialist who said that they would manually transfer the funds for me but after checking my balance an hour later the funds are still there. called again and another representative stated that its impossible for any one to transfer funds but the user. No idea what to do now.

Yes, I have the same issue today. Must be a general system error they have at the moment.

hi, i had the same issue for the first time today.  I use a mac with firefox.

When I used safari it worked OK though.

INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. when trying transfer money from my bank account to paypal account. I see the link that Josie posted but its only for transfering from PPal to bank account. Any ideas ?
