Instant Transfer Taking a Double Fee

I just noticed that when I create an instant transfer to my debit card, it removes $.50 from my account instead of $.25. For example, my last instant transfer was for $80.25, $.25 to cover the fee and ensure a full $80 would be sent to my bank account as it was for a bill in that amount, but on my outgoing payment, it shows -$80.50. I received only $80 on my card, not $80.25. There is $1.50 missing from my account because of this additional fee. How do I go about getting this money refunded? I won't be using the instant transfer feature anymore if it's going to apply a double fee each time.

I to just noticed this. It also says only .25 was taken when you look in the transaction area but on balances shows .50. Ill be calling them i guess.

I've also noticed the 50c not 25c charge to my account each time I use the instant transfer, and also want to find out what's up with that?!?!
