IPN status message returning blank

I have Implemented PayPal Adaptive Payment system but I have an issue with IPN. The IPN message status is returning blank once a payment is made. I have wait 24 hours and nothing happened. Can someone help me with this issue? Please let me know if it is something wrong that I did from my end. Thank you!

I have especially noticed this problem with Subscriptions / Recurring Payment types of transactions.
