Hello,

On the 5/15/2017 i will get a large sum of money, but my account it's not verified.

I can verify my account on 5/20/2017, because then i'll get my visa card from bank.

Paypal will limit my account?

Don't accept a large sum of money until you understand the financial regulations.

It also depends on how large this large sum is.

Countries matter a lot.

The sender could have problems.

It depends on countries invoved and the amount of money.

Transferring funds is subject to a lot of financial regulations.

If there is something suspicious about the source of the funds and violation of money laundering regulatons you could have your account closed and money held for 180 days.

Large sums of money has high risks.

So you'll be receiving foreign currency from internet business.  Is your YouTube business acceptable to your government?

My suggestion would be to use another method of receiving the money since I don't know your government money restrictions.

What does PayPal even allow you to do with the money if you do get it into your PayPal account.  Can you withdraw it to a local bank or is it stuck in PayPal?

Thre are a lot of issues to consider.

You could talk to a local bank representative for other options and to clarify financial regulations.
