I was scammed, I need help please.

I was scammed into making a payment via paypal. Is there ANYWAY that I can get that money back? Or is it long gone now?

Without any details about how or why you accepted a scam,  the easy answer is "your money is gone".  In future, learn more about internet finances before you use PayPal for anything.

I think sites, like the FBI and FCC, suggest filing a complaint with them and your local police department.  (See those sites for more info.)  Even if you never get your money back, at least those agencies know there are scammers out there and your info might help track them down.

I'm sorry it happened to you, but learn more about Scams and what can be done about them through the sites/links above -- at least, so you're less likely to be scammed again.  (Do a search to get the FBI and FCC cyber fraud URLs.)
